Meet Mary Fran Weber, PT, DPT – Your Guide Through Therapeutic Yoga
After getting her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Mary Fran tried to show a clinical relationship between posture and balance. In her quest to find perfect posture exercises, Mary Fran, learned from Sarah Meeks, MS, PT. As Mary Fran completed all the courses Meeks had to offer, she began yoga teacher training in a shift towards health and wellness to reach more people and provide Sarah Meeks’ S.A.F.E.
