The NASPA here is bad. I never know when my prescriptions are filled, and whenever I call the automatic system can never find my prescriptions that are there. So I have to wait on hold to talk to someone and it always takes over 10 minutes at least to talk to someone. Online order Modafinil is ready to be picked up currently but I can’t get it because they don’t have a pharmacist working right now and they are locked out of the pharmacy.

The pharmacy does not log the NDC or lot numbers of the medications on customer profiles. If you have medication that has been recalled they will not help you in any way. They push you off to a faceless 1-888 number that you can never get through. So do your research on a pharmacy before you put your safety in their hands.
Didn’t want to get my covid vaccine here because it was super messy in the store, also I got attitude when telling the pharmacist I had an appointment…? Not sure what happened, but I hope she has a better day. I walked out because I was so uncomfortable.

Rude pharmacy employees. They have two signs, one for vaccine check-ins and one for pharmacy pick up, however apparently only one line can be used. So be there for a vaccine I was waiting in the vaccine line only to be told I had to wait behind everyone waiting for a pharmacy pick up. When I asked why there was even a specific sign all the pharmacist had to say “ I don’t know, there just is”. Definitely my last time using Bremo Pharmacies Training Center for anything when I can be talked to like a child for following the signs.

I’m so happy that I passed my PTCE a few months ago that I wanted to leave a review. I don’t think that I could have passed without this course. I now have a full-time pharmacy technician job. The teachers were always accommodating to me. I had a crazy work schedule at the time and they always worked with me even though they had so many other students. Thank you guys again!

Love everyone in the store but as for the “pharmacist” Yea right LMBO… I was shocked at how not only rude and unwilling to even care to try to help me but how I knew more about the Modafinil sale without even reading pamphlet and she could care less. Had to search online myself, what the heck do they get paid for, is it just Commonshare Pharmacy or her? And a major precaution for this med wasn’t even in the pamphlet. Just kinda scary seeing that we pretty much put our trust in them to make sure we are safe :-\ SO JUST A HEADS UP TO ANYONE TAKING CLINDAMYCIN: don’t lay down right after taking or you’ll have SEVERE heartburn, they also say to eat lots of yogurt or take a probiotic?, it may cause a metallic taste in your mouth and if you are a female this medicine is know to cause “womanly” infections so my doctor said to also buy some monistat? Hope this helps someone like me who didn’t know this information off the bat =)

I dont know if they assume because this location is an an “urban” area that the standard of service is not held to that of different locations, but the experience i had at this location was deplorable. The woman working the front counter was rude and the manager Ann is even worse . If i could id give no stars but it wont let me!

If you need to know the status of a Modafinil order at this location, you’ll have better luck driving there and asking in person. The individual answering the phone immediately puts you on hold.
I made 3 different calls. Each call was the same 10+ minute wait, listening to elevator music, before I hung up and tried again.

Both I and many of my patients have been using Commonshare Pharmacy for many years. My patients have always been pleased when I have referred them. This is the last of the non-chain pharmacies, and is one of the only licensed compounding pharmacies in the area. Pharmacy has pharmacists that are knowledgeable, caring, and honest, which is what is missing in all of the chain pharmacies. The staff is very friendly and during this Covid-19 pandemic, they has been going the extra mile for its customers.. I can always make sure whether prescription prices are reasonable, and if not, what substitute is available.

As other reviewers have indicated, the service is hit or miss. Just waited 10 minutes in line waiting to pick up my prescription to have a pharmacist hop in front of me for another customer. Get more registers to better help your customers upfront waiting in line. Pharmacists need their own register in the back rather than making paying customers wait even further.
This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every staff person has been very attentive, helpful, personal and kind. I have never had to wait and they call me with any changes. I would never change because they treat me with such respect and courtesy. I’ve been with them for years.

Poor communication and customer service left much to be desired. Unwilling to put in effort. More than once I have left empty handed w/o my Modafinil because they won’t check their messages or electronic system, but are quick to blame the medical clinics. I will not be returning.
I have been going to Good Health Pharmacy at Reynolds Crossing pharmacy now for Bravo blee 25 years. My medications are always readyAnd they bring them to my truck if I need him to. There customer service is great highly recommended
